Use means acceptance.

By accessing or using Ausvector, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and must comply with applicable laws.

02 / Service access

Pre-release access. Not guaranteed.

Some Ausvector features may be previews. Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and may be unavailable, incomplete, changed, rate-limited, suspended, restricted, or withdrawn. Access may be refused or revoked at any time.

API keys and credentials issued to you are personal to your user account or organisation. Keep them confidential, do not share or resell them, and notify us promptly if they are lost, disclosed, or misused.

03 / Acceptable use

Protect the service and others.

You must not misuse the service, bypass authentication or limits, interfere with its operation, probe or attack systems, introduce malicious code, submit unlawful or harmful material, infringe rights, use outputs to make solely automated decisions about people where prohibited by law, or use the service to build a competing service from bulk extraction.

We may monitor usage, enforce limits, investigate suspected misuse, and suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary.

04 / Data and outputs

Check the source before relying on it.

Ausvector currently focuses on Australian open data. Data may come from government or other third-party sources and may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, changed, or subject to source-specific licences, attribution requirements, or restrictions. You are responsible for checking the relevant source terms before using or redistributing data.

Information, data, and outputs are for general research and analytics only. They do not constitute investment, financial, taxation, legal, property, medical, or other professional advice. You are responsible for independently verifying outputs and decisions based on them.

Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Obtain independent professional advice before acting on information that may affect you or others.

Limits apply to free access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ausdata Science Pty Ltd disclaims all warranties and liability arising from use of, or inability to use, the endpoint, its data, and any outputs. This includes liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic loss.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
